(Almost) Wordless Wednesday {Arrivals Are Better than Departures}
We picked Jeff up from the airport this evening after his quick trip to California--a working vacation of sorts for him, but mostly a chance to connect face to face with his family. We were glad he could go...and SO GLAD he's home again. :) :) :) :) :) :)
Two thoughts: it's so much nicer to say, "Hello, welcome home!" than "Goodbye, we'll see you later"...and an embrace of greeting is far sweeter than an embrace of farewell. :)

This sure doesn't look like Dulles. Is it Weyers Cave?
It's Charlottesville! We love using that airport because we can sometimes get great deals on flights, plus the drive to and from the airport is beautiful and takes significantly less time than to Dulles or one of the other DC/Baltimore airports. :)
