Looks a little like dill, but maybe dill flowers are yellow. Is it dill?
Ruth got it right: it's onions! :)And I guess Keri got it right, too, because apparently onions are a part of the allium genus (which I had never heard of until today when I looked that up on wikipedia to figure out what she was talking about!). :)
