With this gorgeous, cool weather, you should get a nice big bunch of peas to shell this year! They look beautiful! Please call me if you need us to come sit in the yard and help shell. I didn't plant any peas this year.
Lovely! I had to inwardly chuckle at the huge amount of cilantro, though. :) Makes my 1 (thriving) plant look like peanuts. Haha! I know you all can a ton of salsa, though, so I'm sure you use it.
Thank you, Sally! I'll keep your offer in mind! :)
Miriam, our cilantro is C-R-A-Z-Y! It's doing what it did last year and reproducing entirely on its own. In a few more years, it will likely take over the entire garden. ;-) The picture doesn't even show it all; it just keeps popping up all over the place! You're right: we do use a lot of cilantro though, so we don't mind. :) Already this spring Jeff has harvested 24 zip-top bags of cilantro and frozen them to be used next winter for his salsa. :)
It looks beautiful! What a wonderful garden.
