OH!!! MY!!! GOODNESS!!!!!!!!! I am so excited for you!!! She is going to be one very loved and very protected little girl with all her big brothers :) I bet Jeff and the boys all need new buttons on their shirts and bigger hats! Oh wow, Davene, this is so exciting! A girl!!
(And none of that to mean that if it were a boy, he would be any less loved, protected, spoiled or wanted :) )
Oh sweet Joy!!!!! It's a Girl! So excited for this brand new journey you are on!!! You are going to love it so very much. Congrats to all of the big brothers and mom and dad.
I just knew it! Yay for the Fisher family! Not to diminish boys in any way, but it's a neat experience to have a daughter. You won't be *quite* so outnumbered now. ;0)
Leah, I do plan to do that. This whole experience is so precious that I don't want to forget a thing. :)
I probably won't have time to do much writing until tonight, after the boys are in bed. But that's probably not a surprise, since that's my usual pattern when it comes to blogging. :)
:-) I knew you'd get that girl eventually--good thing you kept trying :-P
(And, yes, I know you weren't "trying for a girl", but no doubt that's what the rest of the world will think--especially if she ends up being your last.)
DAVENE :D Now would be a time where I would love to hug your neck, squeeze you tight, and break your eardrums with my squeals. or just call you, hahaha! i am so thrilled for you & Jeff!! words can't even describe it. to God be the Glory!
I left a comment for you yesterday and it's not showing up! Just so happy for you, Davene, and for God's perfect plan for your family! I cried when I read the news - this is no joke. So, so happy.
Davene, my sister Marie was the one who spilled the beans about your news! I am so ECSTATIC for you all!!!! I am late in leaving a comment, but once I found out I read through all your posts and couldn't stop smiling!!! Oh what joy!!!! And how wonderful that this special little girl will have FOUR big brothers looking out for her and caring for her!
I am praying for a girl for us one day :) In Benjamin's family and my family there are only boys. So all us sisters/sisters-law are on a race to see who gets the first girl :P
